Mrs. Bonesteel's class loves the Positivity Project. This week we talked about 'Being Present' and practiced a mindful minute. Yoga and concentrating is hard but rewarding work in 2nd grade!!!
On Wednesday, 2nd graders were so excited to have their families at school for Grandparent's Day. The staff had a great time playing Grandma to the students whose grandparents could not make it. We are so grateful to our AWESOME PTA for making these things happen for us again!

Today Mrs. Bonesteel's 2nd graders and Mr. Capelli's 4th graders had their first session with reading buddies. They read to each other, helped each other through difficult areas, and discussed reading. We are so excited to have new reading buddies this year!
