Mr. Capelli’s 4th graders measured the effects of knocking marbles around an area to determine how energy was transferred between them.
We have been working hard on our class mission statement! This is our mission for the year; students worked in groups to brainstorm ideas, we wrote the mission statement and then made final edits. On Friday, each student signed their name to the mission statement and we posted it in our classroom for the school year.
Mrs. Campbell's class worked on making a plan during their independent reading time to help build their reading stamina!
Today Mrs. Calvert’s 5th graders completed the spaghetti tower challenge to build teamwork!
Ms.Gorski and Mrs. Medley's class paired up with their book buddies from Mrs. Palmerini's 3rd grade class today! Everyone enjoyed meeting their new buddies and sharing their favorite books outside.

Students learned about the history of our Constitution and why we observe Constitution Day in our country. After our reading and discussion, they each came up with a law to add!

First graders wrote their own laws to add to the constitution today! Some of them include: everyone has blue hair, everyone has to eat ice cream everyday, everyone has to own a cat and houses cost $10.00!!
